fix: update EventDisplay and EventRepetition tests

- Fix formatLocalDateTime import in EventDisplay.tsx (now in EventFormFields)
- Update test expectations: 'Edit Event' -> 'Update Event'
- Remove getEventAsync spy (no longer called before modal opens)
